CANCELATION
Before you receive the order
You can cancel the order online anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
REFUNDS & RETURNS OVERVIEW
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery of the product. If 7 days have passed since your product delivery, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require details of concern for the return/refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/banks issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We replace items within 3 days of delivery if they are either defective or damaged or does not match your expectations. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@jhajiceramics.com
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, we will arrange a return pickup from your shipping address.
You will not be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
